I don't think Dick is gonna go there...he'll probably just stick with Diamond Back or whatever they sell now. But the above Decathlon story is evidence that bigger is not necessarily better. Like REI or Dick's Sporting Goods or Sports Chalet or whatever mass volume retailer, the products may be serviceable, but is the service a good product?
