Looks like you might be able to get the 44401 in a touch up paint here:

For my Trek 400 (Race Blue?) I had to mix Testors French Blue with a darker blue metallic to get a match. Some sites (vintage trek) claimed that the french blue was a perfect match, but not in my case. They may have varied hue over the years. Mine was an '85.
