Welcome to the club! I'm rockin' CLB levers paired to a superleggero bar as well! I'm not sure I would drill an already frighteningly light bar though... if I were you I think I'd just run the cables under the tape. Although maybe after a couple of glasses of wine I'd feel emboldened and get out the drill. It's up to you! if you do drill it, maybe don't pull too hard on the bars when you're climbing...
