Definitely not a practice I have seen here in western NC and if I had I would suspect the soul to be coming off their weekend of crack addicted helter skelter and hits of acid as they perceive they are in a episode of HR Puffn Stuff conversing with Jimmy and the golden flute while weary of Witchey Poo on their heels!

I am not sure who would get cited in an incident of this magnitude. I just know when your running or walking you go against traffic and while riding a bike you ride with it! Simple practice here that should be a no brainer..............but then again this world is run by corrupt lawyers who would take that case and their law school buddy now judge would find in their favor!

But yes, that catdaddy needs a lesson on which direction he should be riding on a bike or get a stationary bike and watch his HR Puffn Stuff while safely at the confines of his residence.
