Appropriately enough I had a Roadie pass me this morning. Usually they never catch me except at lights and then they always assume they are going to drop me (because I ride a recumbent) and cut me in line. Anyway, I had 100 yds to the turnoff to work and I am tapering for a hard 200k ride on saturday so I had to let the Gauntlet fall (hangs head in shame).

In fact, I'd say the opposite to you....You stuck to your plan for the day instead of being sucked in. Sometimes I think it is harder to do what you did than to chase.
