Bikes: Enough for now

I got a pair of Cinelli bars, drilled somewhere in the bend and drilled on the bottom of the thicker part near the stem. I figure that if you properly file the holes, there would be a lesser chance for cracks to evolve. And as long as you're not a Marcel Kittel type of rider, I don't think it's gonna be unsafe. Now take note that I'm not familiar with the supperleggero, as far as I'm concerned that's a 'Schwinn Super lite'- type of thing. And when it does brake, the bartape will hold it long enough for you keep balance. If your a North-Korean trapeze artist.
