I do not have as much problem with narrow bike lanes as ones with uneven gutter pans, bad drainage grates, and the BIG ONE, driveways! There is no point in installing a narrow BL where a right turn is possible about every second of driving. It's totally nuts! Where as this bike lane on a fairly steep climb with no place to turn right on this 65 MPH road, I rather savor:
