Go with Cannondale. Cannondale "hands down" all of their aluminum frames. That means that the top of the line bike that was ridden in the Tour 5 or 6 years ago has the same frame as the bottom line Cannondale today. Trek doesnt do that, they make all of their alloy frames in Asia. A good frame is so so so very key to a good bike. You could have the best components in the world but if your frame is sub par in design or follow-through, your wont have as good of a riding experience. I'm not saying that Asian frames are bad, its just that when it comes to Aluminum frames Cannondale is hard to beat.
