The Mini is a great bike... I've got two in use with extended family .. The SA 8spd is very sensitive to adjustments (and also shifter cable drag, bent/kinked cable, etc.)... sometimes the best initial setup is not to align the yellow marks exactly, but to be off a bit one way or the other.. that's a trial and error thing.. the bike that goes on vacation with me every year has been trouble free and is always fun to ride .. I consider the Downtube Mini one of the best in Yan's lineup .. too bad it's still not being offered..
