The Dura-Ace parts are Identical to my bike I built with brand new parts in 2003. If it were well used the crankarms (that hold the pedals) would have more of the clear coat worn off. Also the front of the brifters (combination brake and shifters) would be worn more or scratched. Also the words on the front side of the saddle would be partly worn off. To bad you're not a road bike guy, it's a beauty. If I did not already have 2manybikes I would make you an offer right now.

It looks in excellent condition, but I don't follow used bike prices.

Edit - 9 speed cassette.
