My last weekend's century was the closest I got to a 5hr century ride in a long time and what I'd call close to flattest I can get though I did pick the hard way home. I hit the 100 mile mark around 5h20 min range and was still climbing. I had 19.4mph ave before the real climb started at mile 93.

Nothing to sneeze at. Once gains starts getting thrown into the equation it makes it harder. Gravity just flat sucks.
