Winner FW would use a threaded 17 cog in third postion that could interchange onto a perfect body. Beware however that most of the later suntour winner-pro went to using splined cogs for the middle 3 (of 7) cogs instead of threaded so are not useable on a perfect (threaded) body.
On a Perfect freewheel body only the two smallest cogs are threaded. The remaining 3 or 4 have splines. I probably have a 17T cog.

Below is a picture of the three different sized Perfect bodies. L-R: 6 Speed (regular spaced), 6 Speed (Ultra spaced), 5 speed.



In my experience no Winner cogs will fit on a Perfect body.
