Any idea of a good metal skirt guard that would fit with or over the fender?
how about seek out a hand fabricator? though you could meticulously drill and grommet a chrome steel Wald mudguard
and work out a radial lacing pattern of cordage down to a ring affixed onto the chainstay ..
for the axis to radiate out to the holed mudguard edge.
