I use two bottles on my road bike. I usually keep water in one and Gatorade in the other. I'm using a 21mL Podium Chill on the seat tube as the Madone's geometry makes it really tight getting a bottle in there, even on a 58cm frame. I use a larger generic bottle on the downtube.
