The Kenda tires can go up to 60psi. So I'm guessing I should pump the back one to 60, and the front to somewhat less? I don't think I'll be needing new tires anytime soon, but I'll remember the Road Cruises. Great price *and* sidewalls!

And, yes, I could easily spend multiples of the bike's cost tweaking it. I have to remind myself not to go crazy.

I think I changed the tires on my Peugeot UO8 back in prehistory ('72?). So, just get a generic 16" tube? I can probably ask at the local bike shop.
