I have no idea where you can get one of these in the States, but I can tell you that removing and cleaning a chain with one is a major PITA. My wife has one on her Cross Check commuter and I dread the bi-monthly chain cleaning days.

I bought mine at our LBS for about USD 7. You might be able to find one from a European online shop, although shipping might be steep.
