Yup most likely India. What kind of parts are you going to need? Some of the old Raleigh rod brake bits and pieces should fit. I have seen a couple of these over the years but they are an oddity.

Actually, all the parts are there, I'm just wondering what it is and what some practical upgrades would be. Brakes seem cruddy, of course, so fix those maybe. Need some tires all around too, but I don't know if I'd need something a little tougher than a standard 24" tire/tube combo. I just literally have no idea.
Also the basket will be gone! No need for it with all that underseat storage.
