If you have custom shoes made (they are quite expensive) go to a Podiatrist have a "slipper cast" made of your feet. This is pretty much the gold standard for making custom shoes. Then, spend a little more and have the full custom shoe made. Other than that, you'll get a stock shoe based on your foot measurements, or a crush box. Better than off the shelf, but not a true custom shoe. If you want full custom shoes, expect to pay $1500.+.
