jrobe, I think you should call Performance Customer service and ask about getting theses pedals replaced, and report back about what they tell you.
As a former Performance manager, I know my reaction would be to take care of the customer.
Performance is a Look dealer, and they need to honor their end of the deal with warranty issues. Sometimes it's tough for the manager to accept, but that is part of being a manager.
