Do you do anything to avoid injuries?
Just curious if anyone does anything 'extra' to avoid injuries due to it making it harder to bike around.
For example, I play Ultimate Frisbee, but since going car-free/light, I only play at 95% so I don't accidently sprain/break something.
Of course it doesn't always work. Hiked 2 of the Adirondak high peaks Tuesday, and did something to my quad. Today was my first day back on the bike, and I prob. should have waited 1-2 more days.
