Hmmm I've actually seen this bike in the wild while getting chow during lunch on market street in SF.
Bike is pretty much the industry definition of been there, done that as far as track bikes go. Any budget friendly china-VISP/PCO/Colossi has what it does.

Not really a commuting type bike by the way; aluminium is a crappy material to commute with. Get something chromoly.
