I'm surprised that nobody has noted the similarity between the Detroit Red Wings symbol and Tullio's winged wheel symbol. It's a lot closer to the Red Wings' that LAW's. The Red Wings' symbol pre-dates Campagnolo's version, going back to 1932. Hmm, maybe Tullio was a Canuck (at heart).
