Kudos to Lowell MA
I noticed lately that there are bike lanes and right of ways and "entire lane" signs popping up all over the city. Last night I noticed that the city has re-designated one of two lanes of travel on a divided roadway as a BIKE LANE. They gave up FIFTY PERCENT of car space for a bike lane.
