The bike's relatively new so the paint shouldn't be faded much, if at all. I would think they could get a good match with the new paint. They shouldn't need to tear it all down, just within the area affected. Remove the seatpost, post hardware, brake and RD cables, and then cover everything else. Sand area, paint it, apply stickers, topcoat, put everything back. A good pro paint shop should be able to do it.
