I have been using the TRX for about 1 year now, with just 4 "basic" exercises
chest pull
biceps pull
inverted row
pushups
But am now trying to expand a bit.
Here is one I found - jump squat and pull - (the INet has many - I just haven't tried many others yet) - it is the top one of the exercises listed.
