Of course there are two variables in every freewheel's weight; the body and the cogs & spacers.

That's interesting. I have two Suntour freewheels, a Winner Pro and New Winner, both 6-spd, with similar sized cogs. The Winner Pro is
much lighter than the New Winner, but I haven't dismantled them to see where the weight difference is coming from.
