Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

This one seems like on OK bike for this kind of project, but seeing it has a high ten steel frame and cheaper steel components the price is a little high. It will be a bit heavy and you would likely end up changing pretty much all the components for the project you described. If your going to spend some money on stuff like a nice IGH I would like for a nicer frame to start with.
