It happened like twice during my 15mins ride.
I feel a bit cheated when I desperately try to make the bike stand vertically on its own and it can't. Even though the trailer video shows the bike stand vertically perfectly. Right now, it will roll and drop to the floor if i try to leave it standing on its own.
For the gear noises just ask to the shop guy to adjust your shifter, it is a really easy operation and you will solve the problem.
Do you have the stand in the seat tube? If you've that make sure you place the seat perfectly aligned with the frame or the bike will roll on a side.
