What do you wear to keep your feet dry. I got caught in a moderate rain, it will get much worse and colder. I have full fenders, but it wasn't enough to keep my feet dry.

I wore my regular bike shoes with spd clips. Do keep with clipless pedals with your winter footwear. I'd like to stay with them because I have several long hills (as in 2 -3 mile long) along my route and would like to be clipless.

I'm trying to get it all figured out before it gets cold. Today I just got wet, but it was in upper 50's so cold wasn't a problem.
