I have a different version of the Endura booties (MT500), and I'm not sure how waterproof they really are, but they do a good job of keeping my feet warm even when they get damp (almost too warm, I rarely wear them below 35-40 degrees).
I used those before they came out with the Road Overshoes. The two models are the same cut, but water just rolls off the Road Overshoes, whereas I swear the MT500s are water absorbent. Still working on wearing out my MT500s. Great for dry days.
