For its part, the court, in light of the plain language of the statutory provisions,
has little trouble concluding that Massachusetts law requires a slower-traveling bicyclist
to pull to the right to allow a faster-traveling motorist to pass when it is safe to do so
under the circumstances.
This ruling would give me carte-blanche to take the full lane most of the time in Portland (25 mph speed limits).


The so-called shoulder on this road is a complete joke.

I would also likely take the lane on this kind of road. IMO, riding AFRAP on this kind of road is moronic.
