I'm still in "base miles" mode after being off the bike for nearly 3 months this summer. I figure I have roughly 370 miles in since I started back up again so another 1 or 2 hundred before I start crying about how slow I am.
I need to get some hills in again too.
Glad to see you back young man. Being out is tough but coming back is tougher. I was only out 2 months. Another month and I'd had been toast.
Now if you want to start boo hoo'ing about how slow you are get in line... forms behind me. I finally got me that new tattoo above my Canadian flag one- says...."On your right!"
