Dinotte XML-3 vs. Light and Motion Seca 1700 vs. Dinotte 1200L

Maybe some of you wise people here can help me.

I ride mainly road and some dirt. I want a light that I can use on both bikes to extend my riding time during the fall and winter, such as we have here in SoCal. I'm looking at three different lights, listed in the subject. Dinotte XML-3, Light and Motion Seca 1700, and Dinotte 1200L.

I'm leaning toward the Light & Motion, but open to suggestions. Road riding is suburban streets and Class I trails; dirt riding is a little asphalt on the way to/from fire roads, mostly, nothing requiring any real bike handling skilz.
