$150 is not bad for a cheap set of wheels, though I think if they are from a LBS they might have some pretty high mark-up. Just do some checking on performancebike.com and nashbar.com and see what the cheapest wheels go for there. Maybe scan EBay too and see what cheap wheels go for there too.
