Back from two weeks in Germany. Managed to ride 8ish hours in those two weeks, instead usual 28. Went for a three and a half hour ride with a 40 minute climb in the middle. It hurt... The heat didn't help. Will try to get in to some kind of shape and do last two races on the Calendar. Weather permitting.
