anti-seize compound cause loosening BB threads ???

I installed a BB54 earlier this summer and used Permatex Anti-seize compound instead of my usual Park Grease. The BB soon began creaking and was traced back to not being tight enough in the BB shell. I didn't use a torque wrench as I use the skewer through the BB trick to keep the Park BB tool from slipping. I'm pretty sure that I installed it plenty tight though as it is a steel frame so I wasn't being delicate about it. Anyone ever have problems with anti-seize compound causing things to loosen up?
