This baby definitely had a head-on impact. Make sure you check underneath the down tube closely, it doesn't look very happy in the photo. Me likey good beaters, but frontal impact damage with crumpled tubes makes me nervous, especially for a commuter/beater.

I'm no Masi expert, but considering the fact that somebody spray painted over the dropout adjustment screws leads me to believe there is at least some non-original paint on this puppy. Whatever paint matches the dropout screw paint is likely post-factory.
