I have the hub mentioned above and the bearings are showing signs of wear. I need replacements but can't find them and my LBS can't get them either. I would prefer the whole unit (cage and all). I have the roller brake version of the hub, not the one with coaster brakes.

I have already had the hub fully apart and have re-packed and re-greased everything and that has made a huge difference in the hub performance, but with the damage to the bearings it's only a matter of time.
