early-1970s Peugeot PX-8! Of course, in keeping with my goal of "ridding the world of derailleurs, one bicycle at a time", I went in the opposite direction and put internal gear hubs on bikes that formerly had derailleurs.
Obviously, when I'm finished with this project I'll update everyone here. Unfortunately, I'm crazy busy of late so it might be a while.
Well, a thoughtful and clean IGH conversion with good parts doesn't seem as bad as hanging a bunch of plastic derailleurs and stem shifters on such a fine frame.
