+1 Campy Ergo brifters work fine with almost any Shimano brake set. I have two Campy 10-speed Ergo bikes, one with Dura Ace and the other with Ultegra double pivot brakes and they work perfectly. In fact, the quick release on the Shimano brake calipers along with the qr on the Campy brifters let the calipers open wide enough to clear almost any tire.
