thanks to the people helping, greenfieldja im going from 7 speed to 10, still a big jump i know. i am in the planning and acquiring parts stage so if it doesnt work out ill just keep the parts as spares or to sell later. some good information, thanks for the explanation on the derailleur cage thing.
