I always anticipate the idiots, though you can't always be prepared, but it's this sort of stupidity that I can never get my head around!!! What compels someone to bust their butt passing, other than personal validation ("I did it, I finally passed someone!"), and then sit up? I never get this! My buddy totally loses it when someone does the whole pass and sit up thing, so much so that he's taken to riding with a frozen water bottle in one of his cages. He recycles his old water bottles, keeping them frozen in the frig, and when one of these fools sits up in front of him, he pulls along side... BOOM! smashing blow to the left quad! Iceberg water bottle Charley horse maker, one to be remembered! The frozen bottle also doubles as a great missile for those cars that buzz a bit too close for comfort. They are excellent mallets for removing side view mirrors too... just something to consider.
