ISS550 is not the model. ISS refers to the sizing system developed by Procycle (the Canadian manufacturer of Peugeot) in the very early 1990s. It was one of the orignal, compact, sizing sytems. Reportedly, Procycle spent numerous years analysing the relationship between the cyclist and the bicycle and came up with this system. Whether or not it resulted in a better fit is arguable, but it did make the manufacturing process more cost effective by reducing the numer of frame sizes. The 550 designation was used on the large, sport ATB frames, intended for individuals from 5'8" all the way up to 6' 3".

It's hard to identify much from a non-drive side photo but it appears to be a relatively low end model. If you want more info you'll need to supply a good, drive side photo plus photos of the major components and the tubing decal. Lacking that, knowing the tubing and brand and model of the major components would help.
