I like to ride at night. I have 2 blinky taillights and at least 2 headlights. I have one on each side of my drop bars (I really don't go into the drops much). I ride on the Centennial Trail here in Spokane (MUP) and enjoy riding at night with my son and friend. We all have taillights and headlights and wear helmets. As I was going through one really dark blind corner section, there was this moron coming right at me in the middle aiming towards my side of the path. I didn't know what to do at first but I just held my line since I was on the right side of a sweeping left hand turn. The guy at the last minute wavered and moved back to his side but it scared the hell out of me. Why do these helmetless morons who ride clunky wallyworld mountain bikes ride at night all dressed in dark clothes with no lights whatsoever? I'm going to clobber one one day by accident and he will end up in a world of hurt considering i'm a 350+ pound missile aiming at him.
