BTW, for the wheels - may be it is just me but I never had good luck selling wheels on kijiji/CL unless I price them really low and actually lose money on them. So even if wheels are not restorable - you can almost certainly buy a good wheelset fairly cheap or ask your LBS to re-lace hubs and rims with new spokes (typical cost per wheel is 1-2 per spoke plus 50-70 labor). I'd try to clean them and repack hubs or if absolute bad condition - buy another wheelset
