Yesterday I heard a joke from a kid. "Why don't you play cards with a wild cat? Because he might be a cheetah." I didn't argue the point that clearly cheetahs can't play cards because they lack the mental capacity and memory, not to mention opposable thumbs. Clearly the right answer is that a wild cat would maul you, but arguing the point would have been ridiculous.
+1. It was noted that we needed to lighten up in this forum a bit.
But it also brings up the question of what basis do you use for deciding whether someone is "car-free".
