I've been using Look KEO Sprint pedals and cleats
for years and love them.
Easy in and out.
The cleats have a grip on them, so walking is o.k.
They are definitely road cleats and not multi-use, like a
MTB/SPD type set-up.
Either way, clipless is the best for pedaling efficiency.
