Do this kind of roll a LOT and maybe you'll automatically do that instead of trying to straightarm the ground next crash. Keep your hand in a fist while you do it.
This has probably saved my wrists/arms/collar bones a few times in all my years of skateboarding, mountain biking and hitting dance clubs while drunk.
Cool video, how does this work though when you are clipped in to a bicycle? Does the whole bike go up and over? I'm not trying to sound like a smartass I just really was wondering as I would thing the weight of the bike would foil your attempts to roll.
