I got a Jagwire Road Pro kit (brake & derailleur) but I have a mountain bike. The seller said it was a universal kit, but it's not. So, I went to the Jagwire website and guess what? They don't offer a Mountain Pro kit with brakes & derailleur - you have to buy a brake kit and a derailleur kit and that will cost me twice what I paid for the Road Pro complete kit.

Anyone know why Jagwire is doing it this way?

Also, what's a less expensive alternative to Jagwire teflon coated cables?
