The way I calculated it if I have an 11-34 rd I can go with a 26t and should be fine... As I understand it a 130 triple supports a 74bcd for the inner ring.... The 110bcd doesn't seem to be a triple popular format with only a few exceptions... Mtb seems to be 104/64bcd for triples....
